Well maintained nature preserve. All animals looked well cared for, all exhibits worked with no missing pieces. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit. We brought our 3 year grandson. It's a good learning experience for all ages. There's plenty of things to keep young children engaged as well as adults. There is a playground. The captive animals are all rescues that can't survive in the wild. The animals are native to the northeast.

The whole experience was great! A lot of educational opportunity. Eric, one of the scientist, was displaying an owl and giving an educational talk about the owl. He took all kinds of questions from the kids. You get to see deer, bear, mountain lions, bobcats, coyotes, hawks, eagles and much more. When you go do not leave without taking one of the cruises. We had Eric again on the cruise and what an amazing experience. We saw loons, a bald eagle(trying to eat the loon chick). We got to see how the loon has different distress calls and how the second parent comes back quickly to help defend the chick. .

We absolutely love coming here when we visit family on the lake! Such a beautiful walk and so much local wildlife to see! We all had a blast!
