Private celebration in Trailhead Event and Educational Building for up to 20 people for up to two hours with 30-minute live animal program featuring two animals. Includes use of tables and chairs.
Cost: $300/member; $350/non-member
Max: 50 people

A Walk on the Wild Side

Enjoy a private celebration in the Trailhead Event and Educational Building for up to 20 people for up to two hours. Includes use of tables and chairs. Includes group admission to the live animal exhibit trail.
Cost: $340/member; $400/non-member
Max: 50 people

Wild Birthday Bash

Enjoy a private celebration in the Trailhead Event and Educational Building for up to 20 people for up to two hours. Includes use of tables and chairs. Meet two live animals up-close during a 30-minute program, plus get group admission to the live animal exhibit trail.
Cost: $425/member; $500/non-member
Max: 50 people

Please note that member or non-member designation refers to the person making the reservation. For groups larger than 20, there is an additional charge of $13 per person. An additional refundable $100 security deposit is required. All options are subject to availability. Advance payment is required to reserve. Any additional fees are due on the day of the party. Children age 3 and over are included in count. For the safety of our animals and other wildlife, please do not bring balloons.

Birthday Party Cancellations

A $25 administration fee will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reservation date will be issued a full refund (less $25 fee). Cancellations made 14-30 days prior to the reservation date will be issued a 50% refund (less $25 fee). Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date will not be refunded.

SLNSC is an Awesome place to visit and unwind. It sits on several acres between Squam and Little Squam Lakes in Holderness, New Hampshire. SLNSC is a neat combination of trails, zoo, educational and research facility. Wildlife trails take you through a wonderful bit of forest, with habitats containing rescued New Hampshire wildlife, educational interactive displays, and ecological awareness information. There is a store...The Howling Coyote...that has all sorts of merchandise and gifts for children and adults, and MEMBERSHIP PLANS that help maintain this Non-profit organization. If you like water...the Squam Lakes Tours give you a good hour around Squam Lake, where you experience the beauty that is New Hampshire, and the wildlife that lives there. It is well worth your time and travel...it is a place to keep coming back to, again and again🐻🐿️🌲🦊🦝🌳🐰🐺🌿🦌🦦 Best Regards, David S. R. Clark

All three generations of our family enjoyed the whole place! It is so well thought out and put together. I figured our young kids would be most interested in the real live animals, but all the educational exhibits were so well thought out and interactive, the kids actually spent more time learning from the exhibits then watching the animals in front of them. That's how engaging and well done they were! Beautiful place as well, and so nice and shaded for an easy walk for all. The natural playground in the middle was thoroughly enjoyed and well placed to get some energy out midway through the learning path. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped by here on the suggestion of 2 NH natives as a place our 10 year old grandson would enjoy. Well to use "enjoy" would be an understatement, if I were to describe my grandson's experience. There are so many different exhibits, each inviting and engaging young and old minds alike. The animal habitats are brilliant in design. We watched a presentation on the porcupine that had my techno-geek grandson filling up the Q & A session with his curiosity gone wild. The whole staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. The trail and exhibits are clean and well kept. The whole experience was great for our grandson and myself as well.

Great place to take the kids, or grandkids, to see a variety of animals. Easy trails to follow and walk on. Several play areas for the kids to play as you go along. Bonus on this visit was they had a number of animatronic dinosaurs along the trails (dinosaurs there until Nov 1st )
