At Kirkwood Gardens

Thursday, August 22, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Celebrate the wonders of nature while supporting the Science Center.

Join us for an adults-only cocktail party at Kirkwood Gardens. This exclusive event promises an evening of camaraderie amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature. Mingle with fellow Science Center enthusiasts while you enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres and listen to the soothing melodies of a string trio from the New Hampshire Music Festival. Don’t miss the chance to participate in our exciting silent auction, featuring items highlighting the best of the Science Center.

Rossi Imports We are proud to partner with the Rossino brand of Italian wines from Rossi Import. Please enjoy prosecco, rose, and white and red wines! You can find them all at the Gusto family in Center Harbor: Café’, Market, & Taphouse.

Tickets: $100 per person

Your ticket purchase is a donation to help support the care and feeding of our live animal ambassadors and environmental education programs.

Parking:

Parking for the Garden Party is located in the field behind NH Fish & Game boat trailer parking on Route 113. See image below noting "P" for parking in the yellow circle. Enter via the Fish & Game parking entrance. Accessible parking is available at Kirkwood Gardens (in blue on map).

Can't say enough about this place. It's fantastic!! If your looking for a place to take the family with animals and a playground and a learning experience. Take them here. It's beautiful. Lots of shade in most places. Loved it.

We loved it here. We spent 2 hrs and we didnt even walk the trails! Our 6 year old read every single word on the nature trail! He really enjoyed the bobcat, mountain lion and otters but his favorite was the bears! I wish we had packed a lunch. We only had some water and apples. We would have liked to explore the trails that were open. Just another reason to return!

We enjoyed our visit to Squam Lakes Nature Center. The exhibits were informative and animals were out and about. Nice clear trails to walk. The kids interactive play area and barn was impressive. The gift shop was a bonus-with many books and misc items to purchase. We were interested in the lake cruise but unfortunately it was not available due to school groups on the day of our visit. Keep up the good work for New Hampshire nature!
