The Howling Coyote Gift Shop features nature inspired books for children and adults, toys, clothing, and gifts.

Many items in the Howling Coyote Gift Shop are produced by local and regional artisans and businesses. All proceeds go to support the mission of the Science Center: to advance understanding of ecology by exploring New Hampshire's natural world.Science Center members receive a 10% discount on non-sale merchandise every day. We are unable to offer discounts on consignment items.

We took the last boat trip of the season on Oct 14. The trip is an hour and a half around the lake. There were loons and bald eagles and views of the mountains that surround the lake. The guide did a terrific job explaining the wildlife and history.

Mountain Lions didn't feel like coming out but plenty of other things to see. Being that close to local wildlife as opposed to zoo animals from other countries was refreshing. Probably the closest I'll ever get to a black bear in my life I hope!

Had a wonderful time, self guided with interactive educational displays. Lots to do and all really neat exhibits, they really have utilized simple technology throughout the entire park to really make it interactive without being overly complicated or heavily dependent upon software. Loved it highly recommended for children.

Great small zoo / science center with wildlife that's native to New Hampshire. Great place to visit with kids as well.

Got a season pass for family. A favorite for family when they visit from Pennsylvania. The children love it! It's a wonderful walk for the adults. Had my hips done a couple years ago and have no problem walking the paths. Seeing the animals and learning all about them is so much fun.
