Join us on Thursday, August 6, for the Squam Lakes Natural Science Center Annual Meeting and Summer Social as we celebrate a remarkable milestone — our 60th Anniversary.
The evening begins with the Annual Meeting from 5:00–5:30 p.m., where we will reflect on the past year, honor this year’s Horizon Award recipient for their outstanding service and contributions, welcome new Board members, and recognize those completing their terms. A special anniversary program and commemorative video will highlight six decades of connecting people with nature.
Immediately following the meeting, guests are invited to stay for our Summer Social — a relaxed evening of community, conversation, food, and celebration. Enjoy wood-fired pizza from Gusto Italian Food Truck, a tasting experience with Tamworth Distillery, and additional local vendors and experiences to be announced.
This event is free to attend, though donations are warmly welcomed in support of the Science Center’s mission and future programs. Your generosity helps ensure that the next generation can continue to learn from and connect with the natural world.
